By ordering a commission, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read the following information before submitting an order:

GUIDELINES AND TERMS OF SERVICE

General

  • As the artist, I retain all copyrights over my work.
  • The client retains the rights to the intellectual property of their original characters.
  • I may use your commission as part of my portfolio, as commission examples, and/or post on social media unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • I reserve the right to decline a commission that is outside my comfort level.

Payments

  • Clients may choose either full payment up front or 50% up front/50% upon final approval.
  • My prices are subject to change based on demand and availability.
  • All listed prices are in USD.

The Commission Subject

  • Canon characters, original characters, custom game characters, personal portraits, and transformative redraws are all okay.
  • Complex designs, props, and pets may cost extra.

Revisions

  • Clients may have two revisions at each update stage: the sketch stage, pencils stage, and final artwork.
  • Additional updates and revisions will have additional fees.

Deliverables

  • Clients will receive a 300dpi file and a low resolution watermarked file of the final artwork at minimum.
  • Clients will also receive work in progress (WIP) updates at the sketch, pencils, and final line/color stages.
  • All artwork files will be sent to the client via the contact e-mail provided.

Use

  • Personal commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed upon.
    • The client may share, post, print, or otherwise use their commissioned artwork for non-commercial purposes.
    • Examples of commercial use includes, but is not limited to, resale, use to create products for sale, or anything that would generate income, or use for marketing for monetized activities such as, but not limited to, monetized streaming assets, monetized YouTube assets.
  • The client may not edit or trace their commissioned artwork or claim the artwork as their own creation. Cropping the artwork for use in icons, banners, etc. is okay. Please let me know if you’d like edits done.
  • My artworks, personal or commercial, may never be used for NFTs or AI training/AI generation.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to fulfill the commission.

Communication

  • All communications for Form/e-mail commissions will be through e-mail.
